Question 1

Why should I book directly on your website instead of Booking.com or Expedia?

Accepted Answer

When you book directly with The Aurélian, you receive our guaranteed lowest rate (saving 15% to 22% compared to third-party travel agencies). Furthermore, direct bookers receive exclusive complimentary privileges: priority room upgrades, in-suite artisan champagne breakfast, daily access to the thermal spa circuit, and flexible 48-hour cancellation policies.

Question 2

How does your Best Rate Guarantee work?

Accepted Answer

If you discover a lower verifiable public rate for the identical room type and dates on any authorized Online Travel Agency within 24 hours of reserving directly with us, we will immediately match that price and provide an additional 10% discount plus a complimentary €100 dining credit at Terrazza Mare.

Question 3

How do we reach the property from Naples Capodichino Airport or Rome?

Accepted Answer

We provide private door-to-door luxury Mercedes S-Class or V-Class transfers directly from Naples Airport (approximately 75 minutes) or Rome Fiumicino (approx. 3.5 hours). For an unforgettable entrance, we can also arrange private helicopter transfers to our nearby partner helipad (20 minutes from Naples) or private Riva speedboat transfers directly to our private jetty.

Question 4

What are your check-in and check-out times?

Accepted Answer

Official check-in commences at 3:00 PM, and check-out is at 12:00 PM noon. However, direct booking guests receive complimentary priority early check-in (from 11:00 AM) and guaranteed late check-out (until 2:00 PM), allowing you to relax longer by the sea.

Question 5

Are children and pets accommodated at The Aurélian?

Accepted Answer

To preserve an atmosphere of serene relaxation and quiet luxury, The Aurélian welcomes guests aged 14 and older. Small, well-behaved companion pets (under 10 kg) are warmly welcomed in our Garden Terrace Suites upon advance notice, with bespoke pet beds and gourmet bowls provided.

Question 6

Do you cater to specific dietary requirements at Terrazza Mare?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. Executive Chef Adriana Moretti and our culinary team take immense pride in crafting bespoke tasting menus for vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, celiac, and allergen-sensitive guests, utilizing produce harvested directly from our organic cliffside gardens.
